প্রতিটি ব্যবহৃত (Used) ল্যাপটপ সম্পূর্ণ চেক করে বিক্রি করা হয়।
ল্যাপটপ কেনার তারিখ থেকে ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে যদি কোনো বড় হার্ডওয়্যার সমস্যা ধরা পড়ে (যা বিক্রয়ের সময় উল্লেখ করা হয়নি), তাহলে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট সুবিধা প্রযোজ্য হবে।
যাচাই শেষে একই কনফিগারেশনের অন্য ল্যাপটপ দিয়ে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট দেওয়া হবে।
রিপ্লেসমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
রিপ্লেসমেন্টের আওতায় না পড়ার বিষয়সমূহ
ব্যাটারি ব্যাকআপ।
সফটওয়্যার / উইন্ডোজ / ড্রাইভার।
গ্রাহকের ব্যক্তিগত পছন্দ বা মত পরিবর্তন।
ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ, পানি পড়া, নিজে খুলে ফেলা বা বাইরের দোকানে রিপেয়ার করা হলে।

15 Days Replacement Guarantee
Every used laptop sold is thoroughly checked before sale.
If a major hardware issue arises within 15 days of purchase (not mentioned at the time of sale), replacement will be provided.
Replacement will be made with another laptop of the same configuration after verification.
No refund will be provided during replacement.
Items Not Covered Under Replacement
Battery backup issues.
Software / Windows / Drivers.
Changes based on customer preference or opinion.
Physical damage, water damage, self-repair, or repair at external shops.
