৪. পণ্যের তথ্য ও প্রাপ্যতা

কর্তৃপক্ষ যথাসম্ভব সঠিকভাবে পণ্যের বিবরণ, মূল্য ও ছবি প্রদর্শনের চেষ্টা করে। তবে:

  • ডিভাইস বা স্ক্রিন ভিন্নতার কারণে পণ্যের রঙ বা আকারে সামান্য পার্থক্য হতে পারে

  • সকল পণ্য স্টক সাপেক্ষে প্রাপ্য

  • পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই যেকোনো পণ্য পরিবর্তন, সীমিত বা বন্ধ করার অধিকার কর্তৃপক্ষ সংরক্ষণ করে

৫. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট

  • সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT) তে নির্ধারিত।

  • যেকোনো সময় পূর্ব নোটিস ছাড়াই মূল্য পরিবর্তন করা হতে পারে।

  • সফলভাবে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন না হলে অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াজাত করা হবে না।

  •  দোকন ও ওয়েবসাইটে মূল্য ভিন্ন থাকতে পারে, সে ক্ষেত্রে দোকানে প্রদত্ত মূল্য চুড়ান্ত বলে গন্য হবে।

৬. অর্ডার গ্রহণ ও বাতিল

  • অর্ডার প্রদান করা মানেই অর্ডার গ্রহণ নিশ্চিত নয়

  • স্টক সমস্যা, মূল্যজনিত ত্রুটি বা সন্দেহজনক কার্যকলাপের ক্ষেত্রে কর্তৃপক্ষ যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে

  • পেমেন্টের পর অর্ডার বাতিল হলে বিষয়টি সংশ্লিষ্ট নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী নিষ্পত্তি করা হবে

৭. ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণবিধি

ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের সময় ব্যবহারকারী নিম্নোক্ত কাজ থেকে বিরত থাকবেন:

  • কোনো বেআইনি বা প্রতারণামূলক কার্যক্রম

  • ওয়েবসাইট, সার্ভার বা ডেটায় অননুমোদিত প্রবেশের চেষ্টা

৮. মেধাস্বত্ব (Intellectual Property)

৯. তৃতীয় পক্ষের লিংক

১০. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা

বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইনের আওতায়:

১১. ক্ষতিপূরণ (Indemnification)

ব্যবহারকারী সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে, এই শর্তাবলি লঙ্ঘন বা ওয়েবসাইটের অপব্যবহারের ফলে সৃষ্ট যেকোনো দাবি, ক্ষতি বা ব্যয়ের জন্য কর্তৃপক্ষকে ক্ষতিপূরণ প্রদান করবেন।

১২. শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তন
